Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A dedicated multidisciplinary team of clinicians works together to create personalized care plans focused on resident health, safety, and quality of life.
Memory Care
Axiom’s Memory Care program is designed to support residents with moderate to severe Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Behavioral Health
Our Behavioral Health program provides compassionate, tailored care for residents managing mental health challenges and behavioral conditions.
Physical Therapy
Restore strength and mobility with our expert physical therapy services designed to help residents regain independence after injury, surgery, or illness.
Occupational Therapy
Axiom’s occupational therapy program helps residents regain independence and confidence in their everyday lives.
Speech Therapy
Improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function with our specialized speech therapy services.
Wound Care
Our comprehensive wound care program promotes healing and prevents infection for both chronic and acute wounds.
Respiratory Care
Breathe easier with our specialized respiratory care services, which include oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and tracheotomy care.
X-Ray Services
On-site X-ray services bring convenience and efficiency to diagnostic care at Axiom Centers. Residents benefit from faster results and medical attention without having to leave the building.
